The Practices in the Ashfield South Primary Care Network provide a joint extended hours Clinic for our patients which runs
Monday to Friday 6.30pm – 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am – 5pm.
Please book an appointment with reception.
This is not a walk in service.
The practices in Ashfield South PCN are:
Ashfield House Surgery (Annesley), Family Medical Centre, Kirkby Health Care Complex, Jacksdale Medical Centre, Selston Surgery, Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre, The Surgery – Lowmoor Road and Kirkby Health Centre.
These appointments can only be booked through your own GP practice. Your appointment will be at any one of the abve listed practices. There are no emergency appointments available. Should the GP you see like to refer you for further investigations or procedures this will be passed on to your usual GP to process.
Extended GP access service is accessible 7 days a week. If you require an appointment on a Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday please enquire witth the reception team.
